Mary Ashley Meadows is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in the Jacksonville office, where she supports both the Retail Landlord Representation and Retail Tenant Representation teams.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Meadows interned with The Shopping Center Group in Birmingham, where she gained hands-on experience supporting brokerage teams in the retail real estate sector. She also worked as an Assistant Project Manager for a local construction company and studied abroad in Milan, Italy and Madrid, Spain, completing international business coursework.
Meadows is a licensed real estate salesperson in Alabama and is currently pursuing her Florida real estate license. She brings a well-rounded background in finance, real estate, and construction to her role.
Meadows earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University, majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate Development. During her time at Auburn, she served as Vice President of Finance for Alpha Chi Omega and received the Outstanding Real Estate Minor Student award from The Winchester Institute.
