Lori Land serves as Director of Real Estate Services for Franklin Street. Based in Tampa, Mrs. Land manages and trains the Real Estate Services support teams of Capital Advisory, Investment Sales and Leasing across all offices. Her responsibilities include training and development, creating training documents and videos to assist with onboarding new team members, and managing and coaching team members.
Additionally, Mrs. Land serves as a liaison between the Real Estate Services support team and Corporate teams, while ensuring pipelines are being updated in a timely manner for reporting purposes and enforcing best practices by training, coaching and leading by example for all team members.
