Laura Fretwell is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Land Services Team in Austin. Ms. Fretwell responsibilities include assisting clients in navigating the complexities of Austin’s specialized market. She is focused on providing her clients in Central Texas with a full-service platform that includes results-driven, custom-tailored solutions, marketing strategies, sourcing potential buyers, driving activity around active listing and due diligence.
Prior to Franklin Street, Ms. Fretwell served as a Brokerage Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield in Austin, where she provided marketing, research and administrative support to brokerage professionals. Ms. Fretwell is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas.
