Kaelyn Cassidy is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Jacksonville. In her role, Ms. Cassidy is focused on representing Jacksonville’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants.
Before transitioning to brokerage, Ms. Cassidy assisted Franklin Street’s Retail Services Team as a Transaction Assistant, helping with the execution and creation of business proposals and marketing collateral for business development, sales and leasing initiatives.

EDUCATION
Ms. Cassidy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Business Administration. As part of her studies, she completed an internship with a digital media company as a marketing and events coordinator.
