As Franklin Street’s Business Systems Manager, Jonathan de Maa specializes in the development process of solutions for interfacing business applications. In this role, Mr. de Maa will implement automation systems to assist streamline processes for our team members. He will also serve as a project manager during the merger and acquisitions process.
Before transitioning to Information Technology, Mr. de Maa served as an Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales team. He joined our firm in 2017, assisting in marketing and design efforts as a Marketing Design Specialist, helping corporate business lines deliver more automated high-quality templates and branded materials in partnership with internal and third-party developers. Moreover, he assisted in the development of the firm’s internal training program system for associates and staff members.
Mr. de Maa is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
He is a graduate of Regent University, where he served on the board of Enactus, a community of student business leaders, and was an active member of Phi-Theta-Kappa. As a part of his studies, he completed an internship with Stratus Live, a business intelligence solutions software firm.
