As Franklin Street’s Director of Integration and Procurement, Jonathan de Maa leads strategic integration initiatives across the organization, with a focus on optimizing systems, processes, and platform solutions. He plays a key role in developing and enhancing Frankie, Franklin Street’s proprietary enterprise collaborative CRM solution, while also integrating sales performance teams and individuals. He also currently oversees the management and procurement of all company held SaaS applications.
In his previous role at Franklin Street as Business Systems Manager, Jonathan was pivotal in driving technology-driven solutions to improve operations across the firm. As the Software development Product Owner for the company’s proprietary enterprise collaborative CRM system, he led critical integration efforts across teams, particularly with Mergers & Acquisitions and Growth departments. He was responsible for the management and procurement of 215+ company-held SaaS applications, overseeing an annual spend exceeding $2 million. He was also involved in implementing project management initiatives and marketing templates for Investment Sales teams.
Before transitioning into Information Technology, Jonathan served as an Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales team. He joined the firm in 2017 as a Marketing Design Specialist, contributing to the creation of automated, high-quality templates and branded materials. In this role, he collaborated with internal teams and third-party developers, while also assisting in the development of the firm’s internal training system for associates and staff members.
