John Vincent serves as a Senior Associate in the Healthcare Investment Sales Division at Franklin Street’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Vincent specializes in commercial real estate brokerage with a focus on the healthcare sector.
Mr. Vincent began his real estate career as a healthcare real estate consultant with Florida Medical Space, Inc., advising owners of medical office space and healthcare providers of all types on the acquisition, management, and disposition of healthcare real estate. He has closed over 120 transactions, representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, encompassing more than 750,000 square feet of medical space across Florida.
Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Vincent developed expertise in leasing and repositioning healthcare assets to meet market demands. He has crafted strategies to enhance tenant retention, maximize operating income, and increase asset value in competitive healthcare markets.
Mr. Vincent is skilled in understanding healthcare providers’ unique operational needs and translating them into effective real estate solutions, optimizing the performance of medical properties like outpatient care centers, specialty clinics, and diagnostic facilities.
