Jillian Perdeck is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory team, based in Fort Lauderdale. She specializes in debt, equity, and financing solutions for commercial real estate owners and investors, with a particular focus on multifamily properties across the South Florida tri-county market of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Working alongside her team, Ms. Perdeck helps clients secure tailored capital solutions that support both acquisition and development strategies.
Before joining Franklin Street, Ms. Perdeck worked at Helium, Inc., a tech startup where she spent 3.5 years gaining broad experience across business development, account management, project management, and team leadership. This entrepreneurial background provided her with strong skills in client relations, problem-solving, and strategic execution.
Ms. Perdeck earned her Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about leveraging her diverse background to create value for clients and contribute to the growth of Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory platform.
