Jessie Casselman serves as a Regional Director for Franklin Street Management Services in Tampa. In her role, she oversees all daily management operations as well as leading business strategies for a variety of commercial properties. Ms. Casselman has 19 years of management experience in Class A, B and C commercial, medical, office, industrial and retail properties. She is also a leasing agent for several of her properties.

Prior to Franklin Street, Ms. Casselman served as a Senior Property Manager for Holladay Properties, where she was responsible for overseeing the firm’s commercial class A medical asset portfolio in Tampa Bay. She successfully managed more than 750,000 square feet of medical office building assets totaling $115 million in value across seven properties. Ms. Casselman also held property management positions with Regus Management Group and Club Corp International. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.
