Geoffrey Furey serves as Senior Project Manager based out of Franklin Street’s Tampa office. In this role, he leads the construction management for commercial real estate projects across a variety of sectors. Services include ground up development, asset redevelopment, tenant improvement, relocation strategy, design build and capital improvement.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Furey was a Project Manager at a Class A general contractor where he was responsible for construction management, financial tracking and marketing efforts across the state of Florida. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and believes in providing quality and orderly results by hard work, honesty and integrity.
Mr. Furey received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida. He resides in Tampa with his wife and two children.
