Finn Sawtelle is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Mobile Home and RV Parks. His role is driven by a strong background in communication, customer relations, and sales strategy.
Before joining Franklin Street, Finn spent three years in door-to-door sales, selling pest control services across North Carolina, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Through that experience, he built a strong foundation in client engagement, problem-solving, and resilience that continues to shape his work with investors and property owners today.
Finn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
Outside of work, Finn enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s playing a round of golf, hunting, or exploring new places with friends and family. He values staying active and seeks every opportunity to connect with others.
