As a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Jacksonville, Dylan Silverman represents retail tenants in their real estate needs.
In his role, Mr. Silverman is focused on advising retailers of all kinds, including for private and corporate clients, in everything from site evaluation and selection to lease negotiation and analysis to market surveys and strategic planning services.
He also represents Jacksonville’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Silverman worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty Beaches, where he gained experience working with clients in real estate acquisitions and sales.
