As Senior Director for Franklin Street Office and Industrial, Mr. Wommack focuses solely on landlord/agency representation for office and industrial owners and institutional clients throughout the Tampa Bay markets. He has more than 25 years of experience and over 20 million square feet-worth of leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Wommack served as Vice President of CBRE Agency Office, where in a four-year time frame he increased the office portfolio with national institutional clients by 2 million square feet of Class A and B product.
During his tenure in the Tampa market, Mr. Wommack has leased and managed office parks for publicly traded REIT Koger Equity/CRT Properties, and Colonial Properties Trust. Additionally, he has provided professional leasing services for Institutional owners DRA Advisors, LLC, INVESCO, EOP/Blackstone, Tower Realty, and RMC Group.
His tenant-based transactions range from private local business owners to national corporations, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, General Electric, General Dynamics, AIG, CH2M Hill, Mutual of Omaha, Enterprise, Travelers, Mosaic, McDonald’s and multiple state, local and federal government agencies.
Active and committed to the real estate community, Mr. Wommack remains a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is involved in the Westshore Alliance Group.
Mr. Wommack graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and is a U.S. Army veteran having served on active duty in Germany upon graduating college. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.

The old Times building, acquired by Texas-based Lincoln Property Company in 2018 is under new management. Franklin Street has been appointed leasing agent of the Class A office space.
