Christopher Welsh is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Industrial Services Team, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial commercial real estate throughout Atlanta and its surrounding markets. In his role, he represents a wide variety of industrial owners and occupiers, including owner-users as well as developers seeking land for new industrial projects.
Mr. Welsh joined Franklin Street in 2022, bringing with him valuable experience in business development, market research, and representing private and corporate clients in their real estate needs.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Welsh was an Associate Advisor with SVN Bell Commercial.
