Chris Natic is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Tenant Services team in Atlanta, where he presents retail tenants in their real estate needs. In his role, Mr. Natic is focused on advising retailers, including publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies, in everything from site evaluation and selection to lease negotiation and analysis to market surveys and strategic planning services.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Natic worked as an Investment Sales Associate with Tri-Oak Consulting Group. In this role, he specialized in single- and multi-tenant net lease investments and assisted buyer through 1031 exchanges. His portfolio includes Dollar General, Family Dollar and Walgreens, among others.
Mr. Natic is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia.
