Chance Allen is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Investment Sales Team in Tampa, Fla., where he will work alongside Senior Directors David Perlleshi and Frank DeSalvo, providing comprehensive real estate solutions for owners and investors of self-storage assets located throughout the country.
Mr. Allen effectively advises clients through every stage of the investment cycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset valuation, capital budgeting, and site selection. Additionally, he collaborates with Franklin Street’s Insurance, Capital Advisory, Leasing, and management professionals to provide the full scope of real estate services for clients in the self-storage industry.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Allen served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Allen is solution-oriented, ambitious, and informative through every step of the transaction process. His primary focus is aligning with the investment goals of his clients and leveraging his connections in the industry and network to help achieve those goals. Through his unwavering work ethic and determination, he believes in providing exceptional service as a one-stop resource for anything self-storage related.
