Casey Siggins specializes in the origination and placement of debt and equity for all types of income-producing real estate investments. With his diverse knowledge of financial models and technology, as well as tactical approaches to arranging debt and equity, Mr. Siggins is able to deliver targeted valuable information to clients within all commercial real estate asset types. Aside from his regular duties, Mr. Siggins has also been integral in the integration and development of Franklin Street’s dedicated collaborative customer relations management system.
Previously, Mr. Siggins helped his team close more than 50 transactions valued in excess of $200 million dollars serving as Senior Analyst for Franklin Street Real Estate Services’ investment sales division specializing in multifamily properties across greater Tampa Bay. His experience, along with the implementation of Franklin Street’s collaborative platform –offering the widest exposure possible – provides clients with timely and customized service as well as a leading approach in the investment sales industry.
He continues to be involved in the Tampa real estate community regularly attending industry events and courses and has won several awards including Franklin Street’s 2014 Real Estate Employee of the Year and Franklin Street’s 2014 overall Employee of the Year – recipient of Franklin Street’s 2015 Rewards Trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Mr. Siggins graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
