Carter Smith is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales Team in Atlanta. Mr. Smith specializes in the disposition of single-tenant retail properties throughout the country with a focus on the Southeast. He also brings to the team valuable experience in new development and redevelopment of multiple property types, as well as experience in new construction.
Mr. Smith and his team work closely with private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, developers, Franchisees, REITs, family offices and various institutions across the country, helping deliver client-based services and solutions for retail properties.
Additionally, Mr. Smith is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and has received a business certificate in Legal Studies from the University of Geogia.
