Carter Boone is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team. Based in Nashville, he represents owners, investors and developers in the acquisition and disposition of apartments assets throughout Tennessee.
In collaboration with Senior Director Jonathan Hawks, Mr. Boone is committed to growing Franklin Street’s presence and capabilities in Nashville, while leveraging the company’s full-service platform and diversified lines of business to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Boone worked in residential real estate brokerage with Parks Realty in Nashville. In that role, he gained experience helping first-time homebuyers navigate the acquisition process in a competitive market and worked with investors and developers to bring more affordable housing to Nashville.
Outside of the office, he enjoys supporting the Tennessee Titans, volunteering at his church, playing golf or just about any sport, and finding the best happy hour deals around town with his wife.
