Brooke Hupfauer is an Analyst for Franklin Street’s Office & Industrial Services Team in Austin. With a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail, Ms. Hupfauer assists with in depth analysis and conducting comprehensive market research for the team’s burgeoning clientele.
Working alongside Associates Kate Kyburz and Sean Wilson, Brooke navigates the complexities of the commercial real estate landscape by providing invaluable insights that drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
A finance major at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Hupfauer’s previous experience includes an apprenticeship at Austin-based Iota Capital Management after serving as an analyst for a local multifamily development & investment firm, Narrow Road Group. Her campus involvement includes a leadership position in Alpha Kappa Psi’s real estate society & she recently participated in the Business Law and Ethics program hosted by the University of Edinburgh.
