Octave Investments acquired the 70,300-square-foot Ellard Village mixed-use center, in Alpharetta, Ga., from QSA Real Estate, of Alpharetta for $12.8 million. Among the almost fully occupied center’s tenants are fitness studios, restaurants and beauty salons, as well as some commercial offices. Franklin Street represented the seller.
