Spizzirri, of Pasadena, Calif., acquired a newly developed, 7,100-square-foot, freestanding building triple-net-leased to Jim 'n Nick’s Bar-B-Q, in Pooler, Ga., a suburb of Savannah. Franklin Street represented the seller, Lawrenceville, Ga.–based Pooler BBQ Partners.
