Franklin St. property management has been managing my property at 330 Brandon Town Center in Brandon FL since I acquired the property in 2022. Throughout this time Jessie Casselman and her team at Franklin Street property management have done an outstanding job in looking after my interests and maintaining the Property.

330 Brandon Town Center houses a Rasmussen university that offers nursing degrees at varying levels. It is a busy property Offering a full and robust nursing curriculum too close to 2000 students.

Needless to say, the mandates of that tenant are such that the property always needs to be in top shape and the management of the property needs to be accessible and responsive at all times.

Throughout our tenure as owners we have found Franklin St. and, and Jessie, in particular, to be incredibly responsive prompt and on point in addressing all the needs of the property and in addressing my concerns in particular.
