Robert Granda has been named director of retail investment sales for the South Florida market at Franklin Street, a commercial real estate company. Previously, he was associate director for Marcus & Millichap’s national retail group. Granda has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern.
