As a Director with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Atlanta, Sam represents retail landlords throughout Georgia in navigating every step of the leasing process.
The Costar Power Broker Award, widely recognized in the commercial real estate industry as an elite honor, is given to CRE professionals who achieve high levels of leasing transaction volume each year. In 2021, Sam’s team had a phenomenal year, closing more than 45 leasing transactions and ranking among Franklin Street’s top producers.
