Matus is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth in the tri-county region. He has expertise in brokering retail, multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality and land deals, and has been involved in more than $3 billion worth of transactions over his career. Most recently, Matus brokered the sale of three Fort Lauderdale retail properties totaling nearly $20 million. He has received several awards, including being named a 50 Under 40 professional by Real Estate Forum and a 50 Under 40 professional by the Business Journal.
