Jake Ammon serves as Director for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Advisory Services team in Jacksonville, Fla. Mr. Ammon’s primary focus is to grow and lead the team servicing both investors and occupiers of office and industrial assets located in the North Florida region.
Mr. Ammon brings eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry leasing and sales across multiple markets with over 140 transactions totaling in excess of $55 million of commercial property.
