Dan Phelan has joined Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales division as Senior Director. In this role, he will specialize in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Atlanta and Georgia. Prior to Franklin Street, Phelan served 15 years on the Atlanta team of Newmark Knight Frank (formerly known as Apartment Realty Advisors), elevating to Director of Multifamily Investment Sales and transacting on over $1.4 billion in sales in the last four years.
