A Palm Beach building that houses Tiffany & Co. is on the market, and the listing brokerage says it expects the property to fetch more than $40 million. Tampa-based Franklin Street represents Madden Family Associates, the owner of the 16,374-square-foot building at 259 Worth Ave. The building opened in 1950, and the family has owned it since 1983, though Palm Beach County property records don’t list a sales price.
The owners are selling now due to high demand amid a scarcity of high-end retail in an urban setting, said Robert Granda, Franklin Street’s director of retail investment sales, in a statement.
