Franklin Street is currently seeking a curious, creative, and tech-savvy part-time intern to join our team in Austin, TX.
***This internship is in the office, not remote***
The ideal candidate must possess a love for design, enjoy learning new tools, and thrive in a flexible and collaborative environment. Whether you’re a graphic design student with a knack for tech or a computer science student with an eye for aesthetics, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work directly with the Managing Director of our Austin Office on a wide variety of creative projects that make a real impact. Think pitch decks, branded deliverables, marketing materials, and interactive web presentations.
Position Overview:

- Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
- Build and update web-based presentations (using tools like Framer)
- Edit images and create interactive visuals for branded projects
- Collaborate directly with leadership to bring creative ideas to life
- Learn new tools or skills on the fly to meet project needs
This is a great role for someone with a strong design foundation who’s excited to grow, explore new creative tools, and take ownership of their work.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Willingness to learn new software, tools, or workflows independently
- An organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfort working directly with leadership and receiving feedback
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Framer, Figma, or web presentation tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience with Python/Java/C
- Experience editing logos or creating branding assets
- Interest in commercial real estate or digital marketing
- 3D visualization or motion graphics skills
You will receive hands-on experience in creative design, web design, and branding. Direct mentorship and collaboration with our Managing Director. Opportunities to take the lead on projects and grow your portfolio, as well as a chance to move into an associate role based on performance. The office is in a walkable location to downtown Austin with nearby amenities.
