Franklin Street has arranged the $2.45 million sale of Eagle Village, a 21,800-squarefoot shopping center located in Stockbridge, Georgia. Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller, Alpha Opportunity Fund I LLC, in the transaction. Ainbinder Properties LLC purchased the property.
