Franklin Street Real Estate Services sold the 102-unit Waterside Village Apartments at 3600 49th Ave. N in Saint Petersburg, FL for $5.7 million, or about $56,000 per unit, to Mallah Enterprises.
The 64,720-square-foot multifamily community consists of one- and two-bedroom units in 31 buildings. It was built in 1976 in the Lealman MF submarket, and was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Robert Goldfinger, Zach Ames, Kevin Kelleher and Darron Kattan of Franklin Street represented the seller. The buyer handled the sale in-house.
