Ricky Ostrofsky, a leasing associate with Franklin Street, said San Marco Promenade will have a minimum of 10,000 square feet of retail and could have up to 20,000, depending on what the developers decide. He is aiming to bring in restaurants and other service retail to the project.
In addition to the 284-unit complex, Chance Partners is in the pre-construction phase of development on a similar-sized project next door, which it is calling the San Marco Crossing. No architect has been selected for that project yet.
