Hobby Lobby is driving the majority of secondary-market power center development in the Southeast, according to investment advisory firm, Franklin Street. The firm says the craft chain, whose stores range from 50,000 to 60,000 square feet, anchors more than a dozen power centers under development or recently opened in the region. TJX, Ross, Ulta and PetSmart are the other national credit tenants popping up in the most of the new power center developments, the firm says.
