Kurt Keaton has joined Franklin Street Real Estate Services as president of the real estate and management services divisions.
Based in Tampa, FL, Keaton will be in charge of growing the divisions and leading the development of each business line.
Keaton was previously at JLL for 16 years, where he served as a market director for the firm’s Florida region.
Keaton earned his bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and holds a Master’s in Commercial Properties (MICP) designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate Institute.
