A piece of industrial-zoned property on the Northside has changed hands for $5.3 million in a deed recorded Tuesday.
Savannah, Georgia-based Drayton-Parker Companies LLC, via DPC-FL LLC, bought the 9.84-acre property at 0 Faye Road.

Franklin Street Senior Director of Land Investment Sales Shaun Mayberry, who brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, said a mixed-use project that may include self-storage, hotel and other retail property types could be planned at the site.
“The growth in North Jacksonville has been tremendous given the expansion and dredging of the Jaxport nearby and the Jacksonville International Airport new concourse bringing new commercial, residential and jobs to the immediate area,” Mayberry said.
