Franklin Street and Neal Realty & Investments handled the sales of two Palm Beach County shopping centers for a combined $9.1 million.
Boca-Raton-based Perkins Realty Management LLC acquired the Shoppes of Delray for $5.1 million and Gables End Plaza in Boynton Beach for $4 million.
Shoppes at Delray, a 23,094-square-foot center at Military Trail and Atlantic Avenue, is 90 percent leased to such tenants as Cucina Fra Divolo, China Garden and Atlantic Insurance.
Gables End, an 8,311-square-foot center at 4895 Windward Passage Drive, is nearly 100 percent occupied. Tenants include NYPD Pizza and Energy Plus Spa.
In March, Perkins paid $5.8 million for the Pinecrest Square in Fort Lauderdale.
