Hodges Ward Elliott completes sale of 641-room Atlanta Airport Marriott
ATLANTA, Georgia —
Hodges Ward Elliott, the premier boutique hotel real estate capital markets advisor and a part of Franklin Street’s national platform, announced it has brokered the sale of the Atlanta Airport Marriott. The Atlanta Airport Marriott is located adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport – the world’s busiest airport, serving more than 106 million passengers in 2025. The hotel is also located near the global headquarters of Delta Air Lines and Chick-fil-A, the North American headquarters of Porsche, and just 10 miles from Downtown Atlanta and many of the Southeast’s top leisure attractions.

The 16-story hotel sits on a 16-acre parcel and offers 641 guest rooms and suites, 30,178 square feet of dedicated indoor meeting space, including a 9,928-square-foot ballroom, multiple food and beverage outlets, an expansive indoor/outdoor pool complex, a large fitness center, and six pickleball courts.
