Guitar Center signed a 10,000 square-foot lease at 7129 Okelly Chapel Road in Cary, NC.
The 146,300-square-foot retail building is part of the Target-anchored Parkside Town Commons lifestyle center. The center was constructed in 2013 and is located in the RTP/RDU submarket.
Kite Reality Group’s Blake Beaver represented the landlord in-house. Sterling Hale and Emil Gullia of Franklin Street Financial Partners represented Guitar Center.
