Franklin Street is pleased to announce Greg Eisenman, Managing Director of Retail Tenant Services, and Sam Krueger, Director of Retail Landlord Services, have been recognized in the 2023 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) Million Dollar Club, ranking #4 and #7 among the top 10 retail producers.
In 2022, Greg produced $46 million in total transaction volume, and Sam produced $26.5 million in total transaction volume.
Members were celebrated at a March 23rd event, featuring Atlanta’s top real estate producers and icons. 2022 was an incredible year in production volume for the 577 members Atlanta MDC members at over $42+ billion.
