Franklin Street announces its most recent leasing assignment of Corporex Plaza, Brandywine Business Center and President’s Plaza – a 216,000-square-foot office/flex portfolio – on behalf of Independence Realty, Inc.
Clay Wommack of Franklin Street Office and Industrial will represent Independence Realty, Inc. on behalf of the building’s ownership.
