Franklin Street to lease Palm Springs center
The Franklin Street commercial real estate firm says it has been hired to lease the Greenwood Shopping Centre in Palm Springs.
The 133,000-square-foot plaza on Congress Avenue is anchored by Publix and Bealls Outlet. It’s owned by Equity One.
