Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Kersting to Managing Director. Kersting most recently served as President of Insurance Services. In his new role, Kersting will work across Franklin Street’s entire company, and all lines of business, to identify and grow client opportunities and services. He will be based out of the firm’s Tampa office.
