Franklin Street sold the 68-unit Westwinds Apartments at 5215 S. West Shore Blvd. in Tampa, FL for $9.25 million, or about $136,000 per unit, to McKinley, Inc.
The 50,210-square-foot multifamily community consists of one- and two-bedroom units in six buildings. Westwinds Apartments delivered in 1985 in the Sun Bay South MF submarket.
