Franklin Street Ranked as Top Commercial Real Estate Brokerage for 2020 by South Florida Business Journal
Franklin Street continues to climb the ranks on South Florida Business Journal’s annual Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms list, which ranks the 25 largest CRE companies in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Based on 2020 dollar volume of sale and lease transactions, Franklin Street came in at No. 16 on this year’s list — jumping three spots year over year.
