Today, Franklin Street, a national and fully-integrated commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida, announced it hired Justin Sturdivant as Regional Managing Director for its Nashville office. Effective immediately, Sturdivant will lead recruiting and market expansion as Franklin Street deepens its presence in one of the country’s most dynamic commercial real estate markets. Sturdivant will also continue to work with investment sales clients.

Franklin Street has provided Investment Sales services in Nashville since 2022. Sturdivant—a veteran of the industry for nearly two decades— is tasked with recruiting team members across Franklin Street’s seven business lines that include Insurance Services, Capital Advisory, Investment Sales, Tenant and Landlord Representation, Project Management, and Property Management. The firm has offices in 10 markets, and a strategic growth plan to expand its footprint and services nationally.

Of that number, 28% of the region’s total growth has been fueled by an influx of immigration from across the globe. Major employers like Asurion, Dollar General, HCA Healthcare, Nissan North America, Oracle and Tractor Supply are headquartered in the Nashville metro area.

He has successfully closed 266 transactions totaling more than $694 million, has received multiple sales awards and was designated as a Senior Investment Associate— a prestigious honor by Marcus & Millichap—in 2023.
