Lisa Jesmer has joined Miami, FL-based Franklin Street Financial Partners as vice president of management services with the firm’s expanding office and industrial services division.
In her new role, Jesmer will be responsible for securing new management contracts and developing client relationships throughout the country.
Previously, Jesmer served as senior director of asset services at CBRE, where she managed a portfolio of 18 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product. Before that she oversaw the entire real estate portfolio for Jackson Health Systems, building on a two-decade career with JLL.
