TAMPA, Fla. – (April 26, 2016) — Terracon Consultants, Inc., a consulting engineering firm, moves from its downtown Tampa location to sign a new lease at the Thompson Center Waters office park off Waters Avenue and the Veterans Expressway in Tampa.
The new 12,172-square-foot location is an expansion from Terracon’s downtown office and offers better configuration and more convenience to its clients and employees.
“Our new Waters location will be far superior to the current location in terms of design and function, and is more centrally located to Terracon’s employees and our client-base,” said Craig M. Anstett P.E., Tampa manager. “With more square footage, it also allows growth opportunities for the local team in Tampa.”
