Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has added an experienced commercial real estate appraiser to its growing Valuation Advisory division.
Robert Baird joins Franklin Street as a Senior Appraiser with more than 25 years of experience. He specializes in all commercial property types including: office, industrial, multifamily, single and multi-tenant retail, acreage tracts, special purpose properties, port-related properties, churches, single-family residential subdivisions, conservation easements, partial interests, equestrian properties, residential, vacant land projects and a variety of eminent domain appraisals.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Baird worked for Dennis Noto & Associates, Inc. and previously for Trigg, Catlett & Associates in Tampa.
