Franklin Street brokers sale of Extra Space Storage in Vero Beach
VERO BEACH, FL — Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving institutional and private clients nationwide, announced it has brokered the sale of Extra Space Storage, located at 4870 20th St, Vero Beach, FL. The 17,390 square foot property, built in 1994, was purchased by private investor Kirk Johanson from Zack Widmann. Franklin Street represented the seller in the transaction.
