Deal reflects recent interest in redevelopment of the Boynton Beach commercial corridor
PLANTATION, Fla., December 20, 2024 – Franklin Street, serving greater South Florida, announces it has brokered the sale of a vacant medical building at 715 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. in Boynton Beach. The property was listed by Franklin Street and closed on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 for $2.565 million. FA Investments, LLC purchased the property from SS & F Boynton Beach Acquisition, Inc.
Built in 1990, with frontage on W. Boynton Beach Blvd., the property was formerly a dental and medical office. The new owners plan to renovate a portion of the property for their use as a dental practice, and lease the remaining space to medical users. The property is .88 acres and comprises a 5,768-square-foot multi-tenant building along with a large, 31-space parking lot. The Florida Department of Transportation recently announced it will widen W. Boynton Beach Blvd. in both directions.
“This prime medical property is in a growing community with an increasing demand for space, which resulted in a near record high on price per square foot,” said Justin Walker, listing lead and senior director of retail investment sales at Franklin Street’s South Florida office. “The Boynton Beach corridor is an attractive area for redevelopment and repositioning, as it has strong population demographics, sustained rental growth, and historically low vacancy rates. The commercial market is expanding and we expect that to accelerate in 2025.”
Franklin Street’s South Florida office brokered the sale of the property which included its retail investment sales team, leasing team, and the capital team which secured the funding for the purchase.
